Manager's guide: How to get started with esz.rs
Step by step guide for setting up your building on the esz.rs platform — from registration to first billing.
Step 1: Registration
Visit esz.rs and click "Start Free". You only need an email address.
Step 2: Building Setup
Enter basic building information — address, number of apartments, and building type. The system automatically creates the structure.
Step 3: Adding Tenants
You can manually add tenants or send them an email invitation. Tenants get their own platform access.
Step 4: Defining Costs
Set up monthly costs — maintenance, elevator, insurance, reserve fund. The system supports different distribution models.
Step 5: First Billing
Click "Generate Bill" and the system automatically calculates the amount for each apartment. Tenants receive a notification.
